Rules for using Jeniva and participating in the pottery community inside the app.
By using Jeniva, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Jeniva is a pottery-focused app that allows users to browse works, share photo and video posts, interact through
follows, likes, and comments, maintain a studio profile, use Wheel Log records, and access in-app purchases.
2. Your Account and Profile
You are responsible for information you choose to add to your profile, including your display name, profile photo, and bio.
You are responsible for activity that takes place through your use of the app.
You should keep your profile information accurate and avoid impersonating any person or entity.
3. User Content
You retain responsibility for the photos, videos, captions, comments, Wheel Log entries, and other content you submit through Jeniva.
You may only post content that you have the right to use and share.
By posting content in Jeniva, you grant permission for that content to be displayed and used within the app so the related features can work as intended.
This includes displaying your posts in feeds, post detail pages, profile pages, following views, and other in-app surfaces related to pottery discovery and community interaction.
4. Community Rules
You agree not to use Jeniva to:
Post unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, hateful, obscene, or misleading content.
Harass, impersonate, or exploit other users.
Spam the app, manipulate engagement, or interfere with the normal operation of app features.
Attempt to bypass restrictions, misuse in-app purchases, or disrupt the app’s services.
Jeniva includes report and block tools to support safer use of the app.
5. In-App Purchases
Jeniva offers consumable in-app purchases for Kiln Gems.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies.
Pricing and available purchase packs may change.
Refunds and billing questions are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
6. Deletion and Access Limits
You can delete your account through the Settings area of the app.
You can remove your own posts, comments, and Wheel Log entries through the app’s available controls.
Access to Jeniva may be limited or terminated if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
7. Disclaimer
Jeniva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the behavior of other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jeniva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
